Greetings pilots!

On February 19 at 11:30 a.m. PST, we'll be taking the HAWKEN game client and servers offline to deploy a minor game update. We expect the downtime to last 1 hour. The most notable changes being made in this update are adjustments to the Incinerator.

Incinerator Balance

B3-AR: M4MA

  • Increased heat per shot from 4 to 6.5

B3-AR: PPA

  • Increased damage per shot from 11 to 13
  • Decreased heat per shot from 6 to 5.5

What about Mama_  There are some problems I think with that as well. Not viable at all imo.

Also, heat dispersion could use a bit more range, it is laughably easy to dodge. Also just imo.

Now I am even more depressed I picked the Mama over Papa. The stats overview was way to good to be true.
Ya that's nice and all, but there's no problems with the Raider_ Please explain this to me because i fail to see why nothing has been changed about this mech.

Just tell me what the point of MMA is exactly_ Does anybody use this in a viable fashion_ Are there any plans to adjust this weapon.

I wasted time to grind up to unlock it and it is useless.

What are your plans to fix this potentially broken weapon and the ability that doesn't seem to work or be effective a majority of the time. I love the Incinerator, I would love it to be viable, and it was up until everyone I was playing with came out with mini guns and I came to play with a giant pellet gun.

I would think that the changes would be a bit more....changing.  As of right now, the changes don't look like they'll do much.  Especially for M4MA, I would hope it would spin up faster and fire more.

The MMA's buff should increase the rate of fire with the SAARE especially when you're in the middle of a lot of activity and are dodging a bit more. The PPA should be easier to control heat. Testing needed obviously.

Back-end changes can be wonderful... occasionally terrifying, but usually wonderful.

Whoopie... Testing duty...  xD  I like the changes on the PPA, but not the M4MA as who knows what that heat change was for.  Was it for giving more heat to enemies_  Or was it for us to fire SAARE more_

Everyone has mentioned their dislike of M4MA, but when ever anyone from Meteor has posted they just acknowledge every post but the ones asking about this weapon. It doesn't work. It doesn't even match the stats listed or the description.

I wasted over 6000HC on this and would either like it back or like to see the weapon fixed. At the very least acknowledge that it is broken.

I might not even be as disappointed or upset in the complete lack of viability for the moment if your redeem code function worked, so I could get some of those points back. Last I heard this was being worked on 5 days ago, but that seems like it should be a really simple fix.

Raider is killer of young "potential investors" of Hawken. Devs will not buff him till bulk will practice CRT/Assault and buy all customizations.
IMHO, I would prefer:
Ability heat/damage Increased by 300%!

Should fit more with the ability animation effect and closer to the personality attitude above. :lol:

M4MA, SHMAMPA... All Bullets should start to come out of the barrel after 1.5-1.8 seconds of spin delay!
What the deuce_ Seriously, two weapons (primary and secondary) that start firing after 4-5 seconds in a game that takes 3-5 seconds to die... Come on, you know what I mean. Bring it on! I'm the Incineratooorrr :angry:

Mirv needs some love, seems like it doesn't register damage all the time. The reload is also incredibly brutal for the damage it does and for the mech only having 480 hp. Small damage buff to the mirv or a reduction in reload time plzz. I think the health of the raider is fine where it is though(just my opinion), its secondary is just a little lack luster and sometimes doesn't function properly .

I love playing on the edge of my seat play style of the raider, but i'd like the edge of the seat to be more than a hairs width as it is right now.

I'm programist I love to know about backend stuff that no normal folk is interested too..... :)
