Hawken crashing very frequently

Most of the time game crashes if I happen to get the last kill, but it might also crash during or after match.

New drivers for gtx 670 were released right before this started. Thats only thing thats different compared to time before crashes, but Im not sure if that could be reason. Anyone else with gtx 670 / nvidia cards having this type of problem?

Push to Freeze

So I don't know if I'm the only one aware of this issue, but whenever I tap my push to talk button the game freezes on me for a short time. A few others have tested this as well. Seems that even hitting the push to talk in the garage menu can cause a temporary freeze. Just wanted let team HWK know in case they haven't already. Think it's another recent issue the voice coms since I haven't experienced this up until approximately 2 months ago. My guess is that it arose a little later after the last development update back in august.

In this afternon, i played hawken and find a player, that fly above the Front Line map. This guy stay in this position all the time in siege game. Kill a lot, because he use a great view of the enemyes.

The fault happen 09/28/14 on 13:34 (UTC-3:00 - Brasilia/São Paulo).

Screen Goes Black on StartUp

Title says all: downloaded game from Steam for the 64b W7 and when I click the icon on the desktop the game seems to load a black screen. Any ideas?

US East has one game that is rated one star.
US West has one game that is full.
Many servers are blacked/greyed out.
Steps to Reproduce: Attempting to play through server list, anymode and other game modes
Frequency: The bug appears everytime.
Severity: Bug Severity 1. No can play Hawken.
System Specs: Win7 Ultimate, 8gig, Intel 4000 or such, Verizon Fios. (2011 or 12 13" MacBook Pro)
Server Name: US East, US West, Central US, Europe
Time: EST between Noon and 4pm
Additional Notes: I am able to login to a match about one out of ten attempts, only on US West (located in and usually play US East).

Haven't Connected to Team DM Servers in A Week

Hi guys,

I searched around and didn't see any threads for this (at least with regards to the US servers). If I missed it, my apologies.

I've been trying for about a week to play team deathmatch. I get queued up, but then I'm dropped from the queue with the message "Matchmaking Failed: Unable to connect to servers". After a week of this, I'm about ready to uninstall permanently. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now. I've verified my steam files. Not sure what else to do.

Any info available or tips?

Aussie Servers Vanished Into The Dark Abyss

Ok this is getting really annoying now. For about nearly 2 months now every single Aussie Server has been missing and I have been having to play in USE with 250-300 ping (Somehow doing really well and getting MVP in about 30% of my games).

So can someone look behind the Dev's couch and see if they are there?

Also has anyone else noticed any servers going missing as well?
I know a little while back half the Aussie servers also vanished into oblivion before coming back 2 weeks later.

Odd non-permadeath

So I was just playing TDM on the Prosk map, I was shooting blablabla and run back to heal. When I went into heal mode I noticed I wasn't healing at all, my health wasn't changing and there was no-one shooting me that could have been off setting it. So I got out of heal mode and tried again then suddenly I'm put into spectator mode for when you die.... only I didn't get killed (according to the console) and the person being displayed in the card killed someone else. The game never took me back to the hanger and I was just stuck looking at a wall watching everyone else fight... after which I was kicked for idling.

Ping was only 290 which is lower than what I'm usually playing at.

Whats up with that?

It's doing that thing where it wont let me join servers.

Location exploit in Wreckage

Hello Hawken team

During a TDM match, I have seen a mech walking over the roof of the Wreckage main building. I have 2 elements to prove it.

First, there was a strange detection on my radar : an enemy mech was supposed to be above me, but I couldn't see it. It was also walking freely over the walls. It wasn't a false detection caused by a radar scrambler, because this detection was a single one. I have made a screenshot where the mech should be, but actually wasn't:

Second, I have clearly seen a mech jumping over the main building's roof, at Sentium side entrance. It walked all the roof up to get out of my view. Since it was really brief, I couldn't take a screenshot; but I came at the same location in explore mode and took a shot of the place. I have added the path followed by the mech, as I remember:

I have also tried in explore mode to jump and get access to this roof, but I couldn't (I'm not good at this)...

Well, I have myself nothing against exploring a little, but this roof walk is a dramatic shortcut if exploited, as well as a dramatic shooting position... Sorry if this exploit has already been reported, I have crawled the bug forum up to May 2014 without finding something corresponding.

According to game chat, I may have the roof walking mech's pilot name, since someone on his team noticed a pilot behaving weirdly (or cheaty). I can reveal it to devs if they ask me for it.

i have the "special ability key" mapped to the "6"-key. Whenever i start the game, this key is reset to "blank" and i have to map it again. So after every gamestart this keymapping is "gorgotten".

Minding my own business, perched atop the Sentry on Wreckage, waiting for Siege to start.

'X' marks the spot.

I thrust upward from (1) to about (2), trying to see how high I could get. All of a sudden I shot way up to (3) and got stuck there.

I stayed there for a little while. Shot some fuzzy bunny. After a few jumps and jigs, I got loose.

But it's the first time I got it recorded. This happens to me once every few games, though this was the most severe event.
It starts slow. You can't fire your weapons. Then the people around you stop moving. Then you start typing "what the hell is going on". Then you cut to someone else, apparently the guy who killed you while you were incapable of doing anything.
Then. You watch him play until you get kicked for idling because you can't spawn.
I didn't get the beginning recorded, but I did get this extra long kill cam.

Connection lost between matches

Note: I tried server browser and quick match and there have been no changes to my internet connection.

Since earlier this week, whenever I click on a server and then Launch, I see the usual "Connecting... Please wait" message, but after several seconds the overlay disappears and I'm just sitting there staring at the server list like nothing has happened. If I try to refresh the list, it takes at least 15+ seconds to do it.

After about 45 seconds, I will suddenly start connecting to the first server I tried to connect to (if it's still available, otherwise I get a failed to join message) and I have no problems in the match itself.

As soon as the countdown is over at the end of a match, I get kicked and see a "Connection Lost" message and am sent back to my garage to go through this all over again.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

As the title suggests - I loaded up the offline co-op bot training to test out some different mechs - but no bots ever show up - just the AI bots flying around in circles. Was not happening a few days ago (I've only been playing a week).

I have some problem with some kind of lags. Walking around map, capturing silos, colletcing EU, but suddenly,

The silo capture meter stopped, I´m like WTF? after 10-15secs I am somwhere else.

Guarding Silo with a Predator, placing mines and.. WHERE THE HELL ARE MY MINES??? Few seconds after
I respawned in the base.

Collecting EU, EU meter stops, I walk around, after few seconds I appear somewhere else.

Shooting at an enemy, enemy stops, my guns stop shooting, I walk around, after few seconds appear somewhere else.

Trying get to a turret mode, NO RESPONSE!!!! After few seconds I am somewhere else SWITCHING to turret mode.

new install-Tng launch, spinning counterclockwise video

Summery:   New Install when launching Tng mode the video horizon begins to spin counterclockwise.
Reproduce: any launch so far, can drag mouse top left to bottom right to stabilize video momentarily.
freq: 6 launches, I got a headache got to stop playing with it.

Fake error window

This is the second time this has happened. It says Hawken has to be terminated even though Hawken continues to run just fine. If I ignore the error window, I can keep playing. If I close the error window, Hawken closes.

My mech is turning around

Hi, i just started the game and the problem happened in tutorials ( tried the first one and offline TDM). From the beggining the mech starts turning to the left and doesn't stop. My mouse is working and i can keep the mech going straight forward by turning to the right for a while, but it's obviously not a solution....
The only thing i've changed before tutorials was resolution to 1080p. Restart doesn't help.
I don't think it's a hw related problem....CPU-i5 760, GPU-gtx 460, 8GB DDR3 RAM
any ideas?

I recently found a bug ( well, for me it's more of a feature than anything else) that makes me go in a mech that's not in the game. I have no idea what it looks like on the outside, but as weapons it has an EOC repeater and a sabot rifle. I can zoom with it, and the mech's ability is the Power Shot.

I'm not quite sure how it happens, but I'll try and replicate it nonetheless.

It's the second time this happened to me in a couple of months, so I can pretty much say it's rare.

Severity? I would say 4 - makes the game just as good, and provides new gun/mech combos to try out, which i.m.o., is needed since I don't really like the G2s that much.

System specs: Win7, 16GB, core i7 3930K

As a side note, I have to say the little amount of time that I got to use this mech made me really want to have it in the game, but I have to say, EOC + Power Shot is REAAAAAALY AWESOME. It really puts up for the slow ROF of the EOC.

Stumblebeard, Jerohan, Sbbssnowdog, and I myself (Kagekitsu) had spent 45 minutes working on getting our daily coop bot destruction done, spent a few of those consumables between stumble and I to keep ourselves going and then the server crashes while on wave 24 with 6 bots left to kill. This is frustrating and it's the second time its happened entirely. I know this game is in beta but perhaps a save or autoreward system should be in place when you finish a wave so we don't feel like we are screwed out of the time, and hard worked slaying of bots.

Minor response error inviting recent players

I caught this last night. It's so minor that I bet no one would take the time to report it.

When adding players to a party who are not currently in friends list from 'Recent Players" tab results in a no-name responce. "You have invited to the party". That's a double space between 'invited' and 'to'.

Walking by an enemy scrambler, when I see that one of the dots on the minimap (not a real dot, a scrambler dot) shows a DE (deliver) on top of it. It moves as expected and such. Only happened once.

I tried regular mode, training mode, VR mode, etc... All other keys and mouse seem to work but I cannot use the arrows or WASD keys to move the mech. It just sits there. This is the way it started by default on Steam and am wondering if I am missing something or if this is a bug? Some one please help as I would love to be able to play this on the RIFT in the near future!

Since a few days, I've encounter several problems between the end of a match (in tdm) and the winner presentation A black screen freez appear with no sound ! and after 2 seconds all comes to normal. The same just before the begening of the next match again a black screen freez.
I made a cache check with steam, nothing. Exclude hawken from real time virus check, nothing . authorize in firewall, nothing. Still the problem.
Maybe this the actual servers problem ?

In Hawken, VOIP is a very fickle thing, though on occasion it works. However, it seems to freeze my game when it does. I can hear others without any problem, but when I hit left control, my screen ceases to update until I let go. Mechs stop moving, TOWs stop flying, sounds stop sounding. I've been unable to figure out if this happens to others, though I believe it may not, as I've never before heard of this error. Any chance this could be cleared up?

In regards to details: This has happened to me without fail for the past week or so. To reproduce, hit your transmit key while playing.

Challenges names all mixed up in co-op bot destruction mode

In the lobby of the co-op bot destruction mode, the challenges names are in a different order each time and they're not concordant between people - that is, what I see with three votes on my screen (e.g. glass cannon) is not the same as what someone else sees on their screen (speed freak). Furthermore, when the game actually starts, the challenge written at the top of the screen is not concordant between players and of course they don't correspond to the mode actually being played.

Then because its been taking so long i close it the only way I can, with Task manager, then when it closes and i try to restart. Oh. steam thinks it's still running.

Steam Version made my Mech disappear

When I got back into Hawken today after keeping it in my steam library for some time, I noticed something was off. Then it finally hit me, I don't own my Recruit mech anymore. And it actually I can't even buy it from the store. I don't know what happened to it but, it's the only mech I owned (and had slightly customized) and it seemed to disappear. I don't know what happened to it. If someone could at least return my Recruit I'd be happy, because I can't even get it from the shop!

I used to have Mechs, I came back to this! I try to create a mech - it says it has Detonator I, I want to buy Detonater III, it tells me it's not compatible with I, I'm like I want to replace one so I'll still buy it - try to equip it, nothing happening, damn little bubble spaces at the top - why are you making me waste my time and money for these things that I once had, that once I had been satisfied with.

The HAWKEN servers are angry, everyone disconnects, super awesome lag, then some "group kicks". Chat problems are worse than normal, and after being kicked from the server, one has to re-long in. And mostly, log in fails. This is the log in error I get: Online service unavailable (and right under it), All up and running.

And I'm like, WTF? How could that make any sense. THE HAWKEN CHEESE IS SO POWERFUL.

But uh, it is what it is. I think everyone should chill and get some coffee, while these problems are fixed.

i played this game a while ago enough to get to level 6 and buy myself a new mech and then stopped playing and for a little while. i wanted to come back to the game to see all the stuff that's been added since i left and everything that's changed. i logged in to find that everything i had gotten before was gone the only thing that didn't change was my account level im still level six but i have no currency of any kind or any of the unlocks that i had gotten from playing i have tried logging in and out to see if its something there but that hasn't helped at all. it also wont let me go to the garage just to make sure and double check it takes me straight to the in game store when i click the garage button like it wants me to spend money on the game or something.i cant check my mech career stats all i get is a bunch of random text in place of actual stats i cant check any kind of stats that would go with a profile because they aren't there it says i have 00:00 time played and no stats of any kind anywhere. i have also played through all the training missions again and that didn't help either. i don't even have the mech it started me with when i first played this game everything i had is just gone. i really enjoyed this game but if i have to redo all the progress i did im probably just going to uninstall again and go play something else.

When attempting to join games through server browser, I have often experienced this bug.
After an unusually long pause, the error message starts with "The server is not accepting connections at this time" (or some variation of this language" and ends with "Slot reservation failed: error 931D9C29".
When trying to connect through quicklaunch, no screen output is available; it simply bumps out of queue.

This error will repeat for sometimes 5 minutes at a time on every server attempted, on any gametype until I give up. Finally, when the error "Error, disconnected from host" appears on the home screen, re-connecting will sometimes work again.
Sometimes restarting the game will also work.

Steps to reproduce: Attempt to connect to game server via server browser (or quicklaunch to get bumped out of queue-- no error message).
Frequency: Random. Sometimes 20 times in a row on some days, other days never.
Severity: 1
System: Intel 3570k
16 GB RAM
GeForce 560ti
Verizon FiOS router
Server: all, U.S.E.
Time: most recently June 3, 10:30pm

When you've various selectables, like Grenades an Shield Orb... when you throw the grenade it switches naturaly to the Shield orb, but, if you're killed... the selected item is the last one that you'd selected when you died; resoulting in many silly deaths. It don't resets your selectectable items so you've to check 'em out at the spawn if you've 1 selected or if it's 2, what you've selected; is more an annoyance than anything else... but i think that this could be corrected or improved, so when you die your selected item will be 1 again.

Ever since i bought the Technician my game has gone down the drain...
Everytime i join a game, it works till i die, on random but very often occasions my game refuses to load the ''launch / garage'' screen, it shows the garage, but no mech and no user interface, leaving me stuck on a ''blank'' page, forcing me to quit the game i was in, and having to reload HAWKEN.
This has often cuased me to lose up to 30min of gaming, giving me no reward, and making me regret buying the technician in first place.

Is this purely related to the Technician?
On my recruit i've done tons of games without any problems at all.

Currently i'm at the point i've rage quitted HAWKEN due to this, i've played Recruit fine till i've saved up 8k HC to buy the Technician, now i'm being punished for it.

Original Raider Corsair/Heat Cannon wrong reload animation speed

The Corsair's rate of fire for the original Raider was incresed, however, the reload animation has the old reloading time which is about 1 second slower than it should be now.

Same issue with Heat cannon: if you use the uncharged mode you can shoot before the reload animation is actually finished.

Please adjust the animation speed for the current RoF of both weapons.

Hawken doesn't stops

I've experienced a slight bug with my game lately.
Each time i ask hawken to close, two things might happen:

The game's window closes but the process still runs in the background or
The game freezes.

Each time, i must use the task manager to force-kill hawken or then i can't change windows or launch other games on steam.

The mechs shadows clipp through the levels architecture so you can know that you've one or more mechs above you and get a certain idea of where they're and where they gonna be next; i've seen the same thing with some animated objects on a map.

Blurred kill cam

I was playing MA on US East a short while ago and besides a bevy of ping related issues from playing on the opposite coast, I experienced an abnormally blurred kill cam each time I died. I only died a couple times during the few minutes I got to play, so I don't know how prevalent the issue was or if it was affecting other players, but I managed to get a screenshot of what I saw.

predator primary reticule

It seems that for some of the primary reticule options on the predator, the reticule is stuck in it's popped-out position (i.e. how it looks right after firing your primary). This bug isn't much of a big deal, just some inconsitency that can be ironed out.

I have no Firewall on, peer block is not on, I have no anti virus software on my system. this dose not happen all the time either...but it is becoming way more consistant.... and it is preventing me from playing with friends.... and i guess it irrates me more cuz i just gave u guys 10$ so idk help me out here? and I have a Ticket for my Sniper that hasnt had a Ability Snice beta that is 45days old and not awanserd.. i can fraps the issues if that is helpfull..

Always that i go to Log In to play the game, it takes a screenshot when i tipe the password; the 1St letter of my password is a capital letter, but i don't have the Take Screenshot binded to the Shift key or to the 1St letter of my password.

Im spanish so i use the Spanish Keyboard config on the Windows 7.1 and i've the Take Screenshot key binded to the 'ñ' key.

I've also binded the Holo-Anim to the '´' key, but it still not working... .

Hello guys,

In the past weeks i have been experiencing some strange voip behavior.

Sometimes when I log into the game, Even before startin any matches, I can hear the voice chat of people in other games.
The strangest thing is that they're not on my friend list. If I push the CTRL key, i can talk back to them (thus I discovered they are in other matches and not in my friend list or anything related.)

If I enter a Match, I can still hear the same people talking. It is specilly distracting because sometimes they discuss tactics, enemy positions and general topics completely unrelated to the match im playing (of course). If I push ctrl during the match, I talk to these people (from other games) instead of the players in the match with me (witch cant hear me).

The only way I have found to Loose this interference is to exit the game and re enter. Alternatively I have lowered the incoming transmission volume on the settings to mute them altogheter. But, if I also lose the possibility to chat with my team mates.

And today, while playing a coop bot destruction match, I started to hear scratching sounds (as if the user was using a mouse without a mousepad - on a bare hard surface and keyboard noises. I tried to push ctrl and talk back and discovered that the user on the other side was playing COOP deathmatch (Other match). His Mic was also continuously "open" and he stated that he was not pushing any buttons to transmit.

I have no other voice chat software installed, and I am playing hawken through STEAM.

Sorry I cannot be more specific on how to reproduce this malfunction. But it Sucks... Badly!

I open up the login screen, and it's so incredibly laggy it's unbearable. There is like a one second delay in moving the cursor.

When I'm launching it, this little window pops up that says "Hawken 32bit DivX9" and has nothing in it. I think it may have had something to do with some programs I installed, and I ended up uninstalling them to see if that was the problem.. and then I even tried a system restore, but THAT didn't work, apparently because of my anti-virus (which i uninstalled to see if it would make a difference, which it did not) was blocking some files from being changed.

Anywho.. I just don't really know where to start. Any advice?

This is new with the last patch.
While using the predator mech with the eoc equipped I have observed that it seems at times that the audio is not playing while using it. It seems to occur often enough that I am questioning if I fired the weapon or not. This occurs while using normal fire and charged fire. I have heard/seen this happening on two different computers, one with headset the other has speakers.

Enter match using predator mech with EOC equipped as primary weapon.
Use EOC in both charged and normal shots while moving and doing combat things, observe that occasionally the audio will not play while firing.

For the last week, when im in the middle of a match i pressed the left mouse button and my weapon did not fire, i pressed the right mouse button and my alternate weapon didnt fire.

It fixed itself after i died but maybe 1 minute after respawn my weapons were not firing again

i plugged in another mouse and played another match and my weapons again did not fire

i then plugged in yet another mouse and and again it did not fire my weapons

has anyone experienced this? has anyone fixed this

Basically, my game will "stop time" and nothing will happen, I can't fire.
Or I get stuck in the garage with "sync" going on.

Game doesn't reconnect. I can't do anything except "leave" match.
Sometimes it lets me do this and then goes back to normal.

Sometimes it goes to the server is unreachable...

i3D serwers PING problem

Well i like usually play on normal hawken serwers, but sometimes its the i3D serwers. Not a long time ago i was kinda fond of them.. low ping.. hitboxes was good... but after recent update i think i have on them unexplained pings jumps from 50-70 to 400!! or 800!! or 1K PING... the game is unplayable then, i jumping/teleporting/dying all over... sometimes this situation holds for 1-2 minutes sometimes all match. Anybody with similar problems? I dont do torrents/downloading etc., my connection is fine with "normal" hawken serwers and other games so whats the problem ?

SInce the Minor May Update, the game will report 1 minute remaining (sometimes 2min remaining) but immediately ends the game. Its like the game timer is not sync'ed with the game play or something.

Hi,

Summary
After the first match is finished i stay inside the server but i get dropped back to the main menu while the game is loading the next map. I do see the image of the new map that's loading, but after around 5 sec. i see an account syncing screen and get dropped back to the main menu (NOT garage)..

Frequency
This happens ALWAYS.. Only 1 time i got through to the next map..

2.. Its not a showstopper, but it is very frustrating. Because you can join a game when its nearly finshed, and then i can't stay inside the server for the next map.. So i have to join another server again.

Additional Notes
During my search the find a solution, i came across a post where they recommended opening 4 ports.
So i setup 4 UDP port forwards in my router (7777, 7778, 7787, 7797), sadly this didn't change anything.

Besides this bug the game works great, but like i said it's frustrating.

Empty friend request

I don't know when exactly I received this request and from who it is.

Purchasing items in garage between games

So I earned enough HC to buy an internal for the mech I was playing. I finished a game and went in to the garage (while waiting at the end-game screen) and started browsing my options. I decided to try the Air Compressor for my Scout and when I clicked the button to purchase it with HC, it started the purchase process but then the server kicked me out of the garage because it was moving on to start the next match. When the new map loaded up, my HC was deducted but my Air Compressor internal was not.

I know it's an issue with my account, but since it could happen to anyone I posted it in the Bug Reports section. Would be nice if I could get my lost HC back though...

Was in an East TDM partied with my buddy when a bunch of the other team quit. We were prompted to volunteer for autobalance like normal, volunteered like normal, but didn't get switched. Stayed 2v6 for a couple of minutes because of this This isn't how it's supposed to function is it?

I just encountered by far the weirdest, most serious gameplay glitch I've ever seen in this game.

A new player I just convinced to join named Deacon_Blue and I, aRandomWolf, partied up.  He started the party, I joined, and we joined a TDM match.  My HAWKEN game promptly froze up for about 20 seconds, and I couldn't even move my mouse, but I could still talk uninterrupted on Skype with my friend.

Then, it started loading the game after the pause.  I joined, and I was completely alone.  My other party member was somehow joined to the opposite team.

I could see like 5 other red blips on the minimap, but none of my teammates.  I started asking where everyone was, and I started heading towards the red blips to see if my teammates would be over there fighting.  I instead encountered a lot of firing into nothing, and the entire enemy team.  I killed one player and then got killed.

The Team Scores, however, remained at zero.

It quickly became obvious that I had no teammates at all.  I was totally alone, despite being listed as having 5 other teammates when I hit TAB.  I could not see any of them and I could not see any team score updates.

After 8 minutes of playing I started paying attention to the player names.

The players killing me were not the enemy team.  They were MY OWN TEAMMATES.  Despite me being listed on the Prosk team, all the players on that team were the ones I could see and the ones I could fight against, with the exception of my party member who also appeared to be on the enemy team.  I could not see any of the enemy mechs in the game or on the minimap.

At the round end despite "my" team winning, I was also not listed in the carousel.

2 friends and I were joined up in a squad around 11pm this evening and we queued up for Missile Assault on US West. After waiting a few minutes the countdown started and then we found ourselves thrown into an empty Death Match server. There were no messages or anything else abnormal besides this.

Negative Money

I bought a item for one of my mechs. This item was ether 2700 or 2900 HC. I had about 3000 HC when I bought the item. After I bought this item my HC says I had negative 2700 HC. When I earn HC it reduces the amount and the number gets closer to zero. Right now I have negative 197 HC. May I please get a refund on my credits or something? I just got about 900 credits from finishing my profile info on this site but I just had negative credits a few minutes.

White Rectangles Flash on my screen

I have a problem with white rectangles flashing on my screen.  They are centered on my cross-hair.  They are different sizes each time.
It seems like the game is trying to flash some kind of text on my screen but it is not working.  Instead of the text I just get a white box with no text in it.
I turned off the steam overlay and that did not fix it.  It does not happen in any other game I play.
I went in the settings of HAWKEN and tuned off all the messages in game for things like objectives and stuff but this also did not help.

Anyone else have this problem?

I run windows 7 with ATI video cards and a 1440p monitor if that info is of any help.

Mech became invisible

During play my mech became invisible to other players. The repair animation was not working and although my health would restore, my view remained inside the cockpit. I could see the inside of my mech just fine, but the weapon protrusions were not visible. Upon death, the bug was no longer present and everything returned to normal. Other players accused me of hacking and may have reported me. I do not use any hacks, but I have a texture optimizer to improve performance that may or may not be related.

I unfortunately forgot to take a screenshot.

I have no idea why this occurred or what I may have done to instigate it.

It has only happened once.

Target reticle glitch on predator

When attempting to change the target reticle in the cockpit screen for the predator, clicking on the primary reticle tab causes a graphical glitch of the reticle itself. This glitch transfers to all of the other mechs until you click on the primary reticle tab in any of the other mech's cockpit screens at which time it returns to normal. 100% repeatable.

Notice in the screenshot the target reticle is in an expanded mode. It stays locked in this shape on the predator only. This is the same way it shows up on the predator while in a game. While the lines are greyed out on the predator in the garage and in game, the other mechs will have a normal color with the expanded primary reticle position in the garage until clicking on the primary reticle tab in their respective views.

SYNCING ACCOUNT bug

Well lately there is a SYNCING ACCOUNT *bug in HAWKEN, i and couple of friends got it at random intervals:
-while logging in to HAWKEN
-after match
-after joining a match

Just got message SYNCING ACCOUNT or SYNCING STATS or similar and nothing happens por 1, 5, 10 minutes. I know it always appears, but at random they don't disappear and stays forever.

Just a guess DDOS attack on login/stats serwers or something?
Add manual RETRY button, or countdown, or interwal for those actions pls.

Shadows able to be seen through ceilings

Insanely Zoomed In - Widescreen Error

When playing on a three-screen setup, the game is horribly zoomed in to the point where you cannot see the cockpit, and can hardly aim because it zooms in so far.

The post at https://community.pl...rt/#entry105690 led me to believe that this issue was something important in the eyes of the developers. After the fix posted at Widescreen Gaming Forums was patched on March 2014, this no longer seems to be the case. This issue applies to everyone who might want to use their multi-monitor setups with this game, and arbitrarily forcing players to use a third of their usable screenspace or suffer a cripplingly low vertical field of view seems a bit harsh to me.

Any news of a fix to make multi-monitor gameplay tolerable?

The recent patch made bought cosmetics except paint account wide unlocks but I'm having trouble.

The exhaust I bought for my Type-A isnt available for other sizes of mechs. The one on Type-B, the same
I have no purchased exhausts for my C-class'.

*On a side note, when I first purchased HOTSHOT thrusters, it had spark effects similar to DNEPER. But since quite a few patches back they got taken out for some reason and now they are only small red twin jets... I do not like this. The sparks and the fact that they were double jets instead of single is the reason i bought them over the DNPER in the first place..

Stucked in a building

So, I was kicking some metal butts in a Coop-Bot destruction with some friends (Front-line). We were fighting togheter on the right hallway (from the start point)... and apparently I found a way in to the building... but not a way out!
Nether i was able to shoot the enemy.
It happened just one time, I fell from the first floor, near to the corner (facing the center of the map).

An annoyng bug, I had to wait the end of the game.
Please fix it... or at least add some furniture

The first time I heard about this problem, I honestly thought it was exclusive to the person experiencing it. This thread in the support forum. But after awhile I've started to notice it as low health mechs escaped my fire because I... well, suddenly stopped firing. I asked the players of the match I was in when it happened most recently and about a quarter of the players in the match said they have had it happen to them.

When shooting and taking part in the usual combat, occasionally M1 or M2 will just... stop functioning. Not permanently or even temporarily, but only so long as the button is being held down. An automatic weapon or weapon that fires in intervals while holding down either mouse button, would suddenly stop. Letting go of the button and then pressing down again continues firing, very similar to how Co-op Bot Destruction used to behave when switching waves. (All keys or buttons being held down when the wave switches would stop functioning, but letting go restores function).

Me and several friends have tried to reproduce the bug but it seems to just happen at random when combat or action in a game gets 'too intense', similar to how FPS or screen tearing would be caused by lots of movement, effects or animation etc.

I don't know how else to help, or if that above thread has already been seen or not... But I hope you guys can figure it out soon. Goodluck, keep up the great work.

Summary: Player can join full server at the end of match. It seems I joined in moment when all players are freezed at the end of match.

Steps to Reproduce: Play the coop tdm by "play" button or join match from server list. Repeat until get the bug.
Frequency: I encountered this bug 2 times. First time was 1 or 2 weeks ago. Second time - today. I don't remember server name, but it's in UK region.
Severity: 2 i think. After map changes this bug disappear.
