Topic Title

• Stage loading screen effect visible thru the entire game.

Topic Body

• Summary: I got the 'terminator style' digits and letters on my screen the whole game/round/match. they looked the same as those that appear durring loading screens when a stage is being loaded. Also the bottom and top part of the screen were black (like panoramic view on 4:3 screen). I couldn't see my hud, no info was being displayed no message no nothing and I couldn't see the buttons durring staging when respawning.(still clickable just couldn't see them).
  
• Steps to Reproduce: I was joining a game thru matchmaking. but me friend got online and invited me to his server, i clicked OK as i was not getting in any server. The game bugged a little and after that I joined some server with the problem described above.
  
• Frequency: 1 out of 1, I wasn't trying to do it anymore.
  
• Severity: 5 - I couldn't navigate the game menus and could not see most of the game screen.
