After browsing the forms a bit I thought of a few ideas I thought would be cool if they added to the game:
Having a replenishing energy resource that could be used to temporarily buff different components(mobility, thrusters, weapons, radar/camera, lock-on/aim assist, etc.) for a limited amount of time(like 10-30 seconds) or be used to repair armor(excluding components)
Being able to use in game credits(or points, kills, whatever they're using) to upgrade your weapons or components till the end of the match with modifications that could enhance their stats(re-fire, recoil, accuracy, damage/splash damage, range) or give you powerful new abilities or components like cloak generators, force fields/barriers, alert to enemies near you, an EMP weapon, etc.
feel free to post any ideas you have for components, buffs, or abilities.

p2: Like some sort of micro-fision source power unit, which you've to redirect power to several components, except to armor (which according to the latest info may be dropped as an advantage_.
Components should be divided into active, passive and intel for the sake of the UI_. In 2 branches in order to save clicks thus just boosting certain classes of components or going further to boost certain sub-classe components_.
p3: Upgrades by performance_. Yeah, cool for "closed" games. Although not for crazy FFAs... with (quasi-)instant respawning!.
