Wow, AGP ... you're talking about a card using an outdated and phased out standard from 8+ years ago ... I dunno man ... I'd probably think of upgrading.

Could you give us a screenie or some details of the error_

Video Card Required: Nvidia GeForce 8800 GS / ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT 512MB
Minimum RAM (Memory): 2 GB

It appears that you are suffering from a well-known case of toaster PC, you WILL need to upgrade for this dude or it will not run, and even if it actually runs I dont think you will get any more 10 frames at best, when staring into the sky

Well thats where i thought i might make it....card is 512mb 128bit
4gb ram
DirectX 10......
Even reinstalled dx9 that came with some other new-ish game..... cause the d3d9 error tells me its a dx9 problem  .....maybe shader3 problem--non compliant B)

First off its GDDR2 not DDR2 and 2nd I wouldn't even bother running the game on that card. 512mb of ram is going to cause you to not have nearly as much fun.

Well I am running on a 9800GT just to try minimum requirements :P
It runs , but man , playing this game with 10-20FPS sucks :P

I run the game on Windows 8 64bits with a GTX650ti ...running fine
When I run the game on Windows 7 32bits with my 9800GT (even tried GTX470 ) I get crashs and all sorts of weird thing.

32bits seems to be the issue.
512mo will likely make you run out of memory 90% of the time. Even if it would be Gddr5, 512 mo is not enough, imo.

That card is probably not shader 3.0 compatible hence the error.

Lol, I'm also running a 9800GT. I've set mine to medium graphics, no PhysX, and I've disabled a lotta bells and whistles. I'm getting 30-60 FPS NP

DVDKing, if you can, you can grab a $200-$300 GTX660 TI or something, it'll perform tonnes better and you can SLI later (maybe_) for some pretty beast performance
