No siege, No Team Deathmatch, No Deathmatch, One 2v1 game of Missile Assault.

3:30pm Pacific Time.

I noticed that "All Areas" from matchmaking location was taken away.

How many people do you estimate are in the beta_

All regions/Areas was taken away with the last "genious" patch, i think there is a lot of ppl registered in the beta but the matchmakin system is either workin like a fuzzy bunny (i believe that is a true factor) or the matchmakin scared everyone away with empty servers (that is also a true factor)

can anyone say that after the last patches he/she got a game with at least 6 people in it_ i got only one siege 2vs2 which changed to 2vs1...
and if someone is finding a populated games-plz say what region is the most populated_

Don't be nasty. They need things tested. You signed up to be a tester, so deal with it.

My personal belief is that everyone is so qq over not-so-hot MM and lack of Server Browser they stopped playing.

At 3:30, Scatapult, most people are still at work. Be patient or try US East.

I did play in a huge 6x6 furball yesterday evening after the patch,East Coast USA,Mechs. were even matched pretty much across the levels, had a 10 on each side and mostly 5 thru 8's,great gameplay.
Sadly I had to go to work soon after the initial game but I did get the one in.
Haven't tried yet this evening.

The reason they are doing what they are doing from my understanding is that they need specific data, and this MM update is to facilitate there needs

because bow ties are cool

Well, I certainly hope they're getting at least some data to fix this thing up, because at the moment I know I at least am getting pretty fed up with it. I keep trying, of course, because that's what testing's for, but when you go through a string of something like 15 attempts to find a game, in 5 different server regions, and find yourself dropped into an empty server EVERY SINGLE TIME, I'm pretty sure that means something is very wrong with the way this thing is working.

Please, Adhesive, do SOMETHING about the matchmaker soon. I want to help you test this game. I really do. But people only have so much patience (especially these days, it seems).

...Okay, mini-vent over.

Unfortunately with the way the current matchmaker is working I am finding it difficult to want to play the game anymore because all I end up doing is clicking on every region and on every mode only to end up in one empty match after another.

Sorry devs, if this is the kind of data your looking for, the only help I can give is this post.

I pretty much only play now if I see friends already playing, and jack their games.

A man can only take so many sloppy 2v3 TDMs.

You can consider a lack of data due to player attrition data too, mind. If no one wants to use matchmaking to the point they aren't playing, that too signals quite a bit of information to the devas
Perhaps not the data they would like, but data all the same.

That's certainly true. But I'd rather give the devs some useable data on actually playing games the matchmaker put me in, and not just bump up some counter of people who left games because of empty servers. (I imagine that number's pretty high at the moment)

Ironically, when there was a choice between the server browser and matchmaking in CBE2 I actually preferred the matchmaker just because it was easier. It may not have been all that great at balancing games, but at least it put you in servers that had people in them.
