Had two similar CTDs with the same error message that the exe stopped working.

The first time it happened after I had switched mechs during a match. As soon as I respawned it crashed.
The second time I had just switched to the alternate primary weapon (Mech: Brawler, Weapon: from Vulcan to SMG) and it also resulted in a CTD at respawn.

I am having a hard time getting matched with existing games. It keeps throwing me into empty lobbies, even after I just crashed out of a match that should still have room for me to rejoin.

Someone else mentioned it happening to them in a TDM on Prosk yesterday. In game I was watching them fly off through the sky and a minute or so later he re-entered the game complaining of the shipping32 error.
