I purchased the Vanguard Initiative: Commanders Pack. After I made the purchase I noticed that over 14,000 Meteor Credits were awarded to me in-game. Just hoping that I still receive the correct amount of credits once Open Beta starts as well.
  • Summary: Meteor Credits were awarded prematurely.
  • Steps to Reproduce: Credits appeared in my game profile after purchase.
  • Frequency: Only after purchase.
  • Severity: Minor severity.
  • Additional Notes: Was able to purchase an item with the credits without any irregularities.
  • System Specs: Intel® Core™ i7CPU 920@ 2.67 GHz, 6.00 GB, 64-bit

I know it isn't a formal bug report though. I did get contacted by a Customer Support Lead from Meteor Games though

Not much, just wanted to confirm if and when I received the credits, and how long after I noticed it ... Good to see they're looking into it XD

I received the credits very briefly right after I purchased them but they went away as soon as CB3 started.

Understandable since they wipe everything in between events. Our concern is that we will not get our credits for Open Beta which is what we purchased them for.

Very true. I kept the email confirming my purchase so I'm covered if that happens.

I'm pretty sure you guys will get them with Open Beta as well. If for some reason you don't, should be easy enough to give your order number and they will get it rectified.

I hope so lol. I wana use my credits now to test stuff out and then be able to use them correctly when open beta comes.
