It seems as though the Mech Shop items are broken, as each time I go to buy a new mech an empty list appears. I've relogged and restarted client, but to no avail.

This is now happening to me, too. However, when I first fired up Hawken, the mech shop did what it was supposed to, but I didn't have any of my Vanguard Initiative MPoints. Now I have 3300 points as expected, but the shop is now blank with a bunch of "Subheader / undefined" entries where the weapons/special ability info should be.

Same for me as well. This made it impossible to continue in a certain point in the tutorial. In addition to that, I can't seem to find any matches.

When I first loaded up Hawken I had all my stuff, points and Vanguard mech, plus I was able to access the shop to get the Scout (though I only got the Test Drive). After my first match I couldn't get out Syncing Account so I had to close the game manually. Once I got back on the shop doesn't appear to be working.
No mechs appear in the shop itself. When I try to unlock the Scout it says "Amount Undefined" then it has a big "MC" button but no total value next to it. Clicking on this does nothing. I can customize my other mechs though and access everything with them though I can't purchase anything.

i had the same tutorial problem someone else had. "please click on the mech to continue." ok wheres the mech_ *clicks everywhere on the page...* #$%^ it *ends tutorial*

shop is offline at the moment. i was able to browse and buy a new mech earlier when servers first came online. i wouldn't worry about it, they'll be back soon.

These things are to be expected, since everyone is flooding in to play. Anyone else not able to find a match through matchmaking_

Can't find a match either. They just posted on twitter that they apparently have a fix for this. It is being put in place from 12am-12:30am EST.

The restart will be happening soon as the forums will be down as well as the game for about 30 minutes to deploy the fix.
