yeah, my xp and points do not sync after a match. I have to log out of HAWKEN and close the launcher after each match to receive my XP and such.

Many are having this issue. It has been suggested that it may just be server overload causing sync delay, so if relogging does not fix it, trying waiting a bit to let it catch up. Other than that all we can do is wait for updates that might make it all better.
