Hey there, forum folks (and Sticky Playstuffs Devs ;-))

Now that we know that Hawken is landing on our PCs (I bet some of us here think it's because they kept complaining about consoles all the time, heh ;-)), I think we should help the Stickies ®™© think ahead a bit (as if they haven't already).

I have no idea how much text the game will have, but I guess quite a lot, and some of it should be as juicy as "Multiple Warhead HE Cluster Rockets" (etc.).

I'm sure that nowadays English (especially through games) is simpler to many people than it was, let's say, ten years ago, but still - do you think that community-driven translation of in-game content is a viable option_ Would you participate_ Would you do it for free_ Take the poll and let your voice be heard below :-)

Edit: a fuller disclaimer - I used to teach English and translate for a living - I still do it from time to time, sometimes for fun (and no profit).

I will gladly help Hawken team if they need help in translation to Portuguese Brazilian or European Portuguese. I can read, write and speak fluently Portuguese. as reference I have score highest in the US army linguistic test.
