It could be that the launcher hasn't fully updated your game to the latest version, because that issue is a past one (though few might still be having it).  All I can say is try reinstalling the game.  You could try the C:/Hawken folder and see if that helps.

Otherwise there's a support button at the top right of this page.  Submit a ticket and they will reply.

I did submit a ticket long ago as well as reinstalled the game numerous times. I know for a fact this is not just me but a lot of people have this same problem as well.
