I am greatly interested in joining this clan!

I played Hawken for the first time at PAX for about 8 games, and I loved it!  I am what you would call a hardcore gamer, I play to win, but I also am a nice loser as well.  I'm from the west coast and I'd hopefully be bringing one other with me if thats ok with you all.  We are just really excited to play this and would hope to catch up with a few of you during alpha!

Wow, haven't checked this in a while since it's still a few months away. Larkie, I got your app on on our forums. Just to let you know I'm still planning on playing this and so are a few others. We'll have to get together on vent some time soon. Maybe get a game of TF2 in while we wait for the release. =)

My internet still sucks for now, I'm still stuck in Afghanistan but I should be home in 2 months. That's when I'll be interested in playing shooters again.

You guys clearly know your stuff...I have clan here, im not playing half as many games as you guys...but out of interest, im putting together a gaming rig for under $1000. and im looking at screens. Ive become alarmingly aware of input lag numbers for screens...do you guys look at those a lot, or are they sort of not really so much of an issue that you consider them a "must be considered" when purchasing a screen_

You shouldn't have a problem with most LED's, I don't think I've seen one that can't handle 60 FPS or better.

Now on this gaming rig you are building I suggest that you get at least a Nvidia 560 GTX Ti graphics are installed. You can pick one up at newegg.com for $189.99 http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814130763

I also suggest that you get at least 8 gigs of ram and a 64bit operating system to take advantage of all 8 gigs of ram.

You shouldn't have a problem building a $1000 rig with these items in it and still have enough for a nice screen. =)
