So in this list we have everything from RTS style, Mech Sim and FPS  (no EO style persistent universe though...just in case anyone has any ideas...wink wink...nudge nudge...).

I am a huge proponent of the more the merrier (and basically that the cream will rise and the rest will fall).

I think Hawken has a very solid niche cut out for itself and if implemented well, should be around for quite awhile as a good old fashioned FPS style shooter.

From what I'm seeing MechWarrior Tactics looks like a turn based strategy, not a real time one.

Yeah, I believe MW Tactics should be a throwback to the old Battletech tabletop war game, complete with Hex Maps and everything. Can't wait!

I guess I'm behind the curve, though. I hadn't realized it or MW:O had been bumped to 2013.

MW:O has no timeline for Launch, but it probably will be 2013 IMO.
