Nomic Rules

I've seen a few attepts at a forum nomic. Decided to give one a shot.

Inital ammendments to make it forum viable.

301: See 105: People who vote, do. There's no way to force a forum vote.
302: See 201: Instead of turns a simultaneous 24 hour voting period is used.
303: See 202: Mail rules, I'll do the math for you guys.
304: See 208: We're going with 100 points, because I'm not sure a thread can stay organized longer than that.
305: See 212: The Judge is the person who posted the last rule proposal. Not the last voter, last written rule proposal. Please, please, please don't invoke the Judge.
306: Format, because I wanna keep this simple.

Rule proposals are in bold.
Cited rules are in italics. This goes for existing rules within rule proposals(ammendments) and people discussing something to do with the judge.
Votes are underlined.
Comments are in plain text at the end of the posts.

307:Anybody with a weeaboo avatar loses a point every time they post in this thread.
A weeaboo avatar is defined as anything from Anime, Manga, Visual Novels, Vocaloids, and Independant Japanese Games.
Real asian people/places/items are not considered weeaboo, just asian.

That's a little rude and discriminatory, y'know. Most of us have got a few friends with avatars from anime shows or manga or maybe some game, I've got a few that certainly aren't from japan but that doesn't just define them as 'outright obsessed with japanese culture.

Then vote against it_ I never expected it to pass.

Considering the high number of weeaboo avatars I figured it'd be a good example of a rule to make.

If it passes you'd be losing points.  The vote isn't done though, and you can still vote against it.

"Nomic" is a game about making and changing the rules of the game through law-making and voting. Sounds totally fun and interesting, right_ Parts of the game are purposefully designed to be boring so that players will vote to make it more fun.
