The HAWKEN servers will be unavailable at 11:30 AM PDT (GMT-7) on June 21 for a server restart to deploy the Double XP Weekend. Additionally, this restart will remove redundant Facility servers. The servers will be accessible again within 60 minutes.

You have to restart to activate a XP/HC boost_ ....

They have to change base XP to x2
and/or just remove servers.
