I get the following error "Mech Sync failure" when i try to choose the CRT Recruit, probably is a bug  because the robot is completely different from how it should be.

Yeah this a bug, probably an error with account migration.  If you submit a support ticket about it here https://playhawken.z...us_requests/new , someone will fix the problem for you pretty quickly.  Sorry about that!

So, I submitted a support ticket with same issue four days ago.  Any idea on when this will be fixed_

I got this as well. Mech Sync Failure showed up and I had no mechs in my garage (yet I have over a dozen).
I had to quit the game and re-join. Did not require a restart of the program itself.

Computer Specs:
Acer gaming laptop, core i73632 QM, 8gig ram, Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Running Hawken in fullscreen with medium graphics
Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, connecting to US East team deathmatch servers, map was facility
