This happened a little earlier today:

Thanks to all the good players and good sports. It was an amazing game, and some of the most fun I've had in Hawken so far.

I captured a few more shots:

Very rare to find such a balanced and close match, most games end up as one sided victories.

Siege really shines when both teams are properly coordinated with VOIP and have an understanding of what does and doesn't work in the gamemode.

Dang man, I've never seen a SIEGE match this close!  I hope Siege 2.0 is MUCH better, because most games I'm in is a total massacre.  I'm glad you found a game that's actually decent!  I was surprised to find the scores pretty close to each other.

Once played a siege game where we were brought down to 10 points then we fought back and they dropped to 10 points and it went on for 45 minutes top scores were like 3000 on both teams. We finally pushed back and won but we went like 3 rounds after it was tied, trading ship kills. Was on Last Eco.

Wow, that must have been quite the skirmish. Tough map for that kind of intensity.

You mean holding the AA vs not holding the AA_

Siege still has the same issues it used to, it's just that deaths are accelerated now and the most atrociously bad map in the rotation is gone.
OR rather it's SUPPOSED to be gone, but that screenshot suggests otherwise

That screenshot is from the beginning of the year. The patch that removed it from the rotation was just a couple days ago.

My bad, didn't see the post date for whatever reason
I've been checking out the "new user experience" primarily, which means lots of TDM and MA in a CRT/Berserker/Rocketeer. I'll look through Siege a little more extensively for ranting purposes but honestly, when you only remove 1 map from the rotation and change EU rates and the issues with the gamemode are more fundamental than that, I'm not suspecting that much :P
