Getting kind of sick of joining games that are 100 to 900 missile assaults or 2 to 39 TDM or siege with 300 to 2000. The last missile assault I auto-joined had like 10 seconds left and it put me on the losing team. This sort of f's up all the stats that you show us in career etc..

Don't worry about stats so much.
Be thankful you have enough population to get into any game mode you want at all.

Yeah don't worry about stats... Even when trying your hardest you're going to end up losing and getting your butt kicked from time to time. It's not worth getting mad over.
It's best if you use the server browser instead of Quick Match. They show how many players are on each server and the stars indicate how close the average player skill level is compared to yours. 3 stars is closest, 1 star can mean they're either well below your level or well above.
