Bunker white floaty stuff

So I was walking around and I saw this white floaty stuff moving across the floor

what is it

it only moves to the right, it's not water cause it's everywhere, and does not react to your movements
It also goes right through the walls, just a looped texture that goes right into the walls

My first guess was katabatic winds, but they're far too low and opaque and they look wierd

what is this mystery goo

if you see it in game, it looks very unnatural and flat

Yeah, that's just snow being blown by the strong wind. It tends to form into such shape on flat surfaces(tarmac, ice, etc) at the sub zero temperature.

As a vermonter the concept of someone who doesn't know about snow confounds me.

But yeah, thats what snow looks like when its super cold and really windy.


I think it is 1000's of money. IT IS 1000,s OF MONEY!!!.
