Hello there, it's newbie fan again. I got 2 ideas.
1) Bomb maker:
Similar to Siege gamemode. There is only 1 energy station. Objective is to get to this station, collect energy and bring to the base. When team get 2000 energy it wins, everyone see big BOOM at the enemy base with huge energy bomb. OR after getting 2000 energy team get this bomb, and now they need to deliver it to enemy base. And bomb may have timer, so if they don't deliver it in time it explodes.
2) Industrial espionage:
Task is to get "Info storage unit" and send it by holding it. Than slower holder of it moves, the higher speed of transmission. Also jammer is spawned and can be picked up. Than closed jammer is to Info storage unit, than slower transmission is, no matter what team holds it. So team need to spread up to hold this two as far as possible if they want to win fast. Otherwise it can be fully blocked if this two are too close.

basicly you pick up an item, and the longer you stay alive, the more points you earn for your team.

Could possibly apply to free for all. but picking it up tags you on the map permenantly.

I like both.

Basically, game modes will always resemble something that has been done before: hold the point, carry an item, high priority target / manhunt, kill everything. But that doesn't matter - if it fits well in the game, why not.

The second one has a nice touch to it - nice idea.
