When using the Borderless option the game window does not account for the title bar and is smaller than the set resolution not taking up the entire screen.

Actually I can't reproduce this, borderless is working fine on my test machine in "fullscreen"

might be due to having the wrong aspect ratio (ie. using 16:10 instead of 16:9), but cant recall if there was an option for that as i cant check the options.
