This might be a stupid question, but I can't download the beta. It claims I don't have access and I was in Alpha 2 (which was really fun!). I've uninstalled Alpha 2, but I still can't download. Help would be really apreciated asap.

I think I have the same problem. I received an e-mail telling me I'm in the closed beta with a link where to download, but after logging in with the e-mail address the beta notice was sent to it says "Closed Beta Credentials Needed." There was no code in the e-mail. Anyone else_ Was I sent an e-mail by mistake (which would really suck) or has my account not unlocked yet or something_

Ok, looks like I need to look around more. It's been said that using Chrome is the fix. I was just using IE9. I thought I was just going to have to play another beta!

I show both of you have been flagged for beta access. Would you please submit a support ticket with the OS/browser you are using, the specific error you are receiving and where in the process you are receiving the error_

This will help us chase this down from our side.

Fixed. After reading the other post on this problem I tried the beta page on Safari and it showed up fine. I was using IE 9 before when it wouldn't show the download link. Downloading now, can't wait to play!

when ever i try to start it it says i cannot download metafiles. can anyone help with that_
