Some of you may receive error messages when trying to post in the Closed Beta forums. This is not an error and is a very purposeful function.

For Alpha, we had private Alpha forums that only Alpha users could view and post in. This was to give the Alpha participants a place in which to discuss their experiences as well as give us feedback in a safe place. Due to the Alpha NDA, there was no other approved place in which to talk.

For Beta, we don't have an NDA (yay!). But we still want to keep the beta forums as clean and on topic as possible. So while everyone can see the beta forums, ONLY beta participants can now post in the Closed Beta section.

Ah that explains a lot.  There was some confusion among my friends regarding this.  Thanks for the post!

Loveless, BETA is not under NDA. ALPHA footage will ALWAYS be under NDA.

Some companies have kept their game's early Beta stages under NDA, so wasn't too sure.

Fair enough. I'd not want anyone to see me in the morning before I got upgraded to BETA washed and dressed either. Too embarrassing.

Glad that not just anyone can post in the beta forums. Would probably get quite congested.
