I wanted to just say that I will miss you sadly. I never knew you as an individual but as an Actor and Comedian.
Thank you for the belly aches of laughter and the tears of joy........and most of all thank you for leaving behind a legacy for future generations to relive...
May you find peace where you are now for here we were never able to give it to you. May your beautiful soul rest in eternal Heaven.
   My heart goes out to the Williams family. May you find strength in your time of grief and remember him as we the fans did....A genius Comedian and Actor LOVED by all........
meet death with both eyes open.....and a fist full of hell-fires...Long live the Rocketeer ©>~}~~~

RIP in peace ;-;

Being as young as i am, i truly embraced all his roles in movies and sadly, not so much as a comedian, may he live blessed and live on in our hearts

My favorite stuff he ever did was when he would go on a talk show and the host would "attempt" to keep him under control.

Ahauahahaadfsdfasdf watching them fail so hard was always the best. And the best part... they would never get mad at him. In the end they would be like... well.. I tried.

I think I'm the only one alive who loved the fuzzy bunny out of Death to Smoochie.  To me, that was the pinnacle of messed-up jokez and he never did anything funnier.

Ya dun good, rob, ya dun good.

The man is a legend, and his death hits the feels hard. I'm not typically moved when a celebrity passes, but for some reason Mr. Williams death is harder for me to deal with than I'd like. It's probably due to his appearance in many of the movies I grew up watching, and his general kindness. He seemed like an all around great guy. I basically grew up watching his material, even as I grew older I watched a lot of his old material. Anyways, I guess he was diagnosed with parkinsons, and that was just too much to deal with on top of suffering from depression and anxiety his whole life.

Anyways, he has 4 movies coming out that I can't wait to see, everyone will remember him.

DoD lost an avid player, the world lost it's Pagliacci

"There are a million games and there are mods with these games," Williams says, getting into the lingo. "The mods are taking these games and basically redesigning it and doing it on their own thing. There's a game called Half-Life and these guys made up a total different take on it using the engine to make a World War II engine called Day of Defeat with Germans and Americans doing kind of like a Normandy beach type thing. But these guys made it on their own and the company basically kind of gave them their blessing."

"It's amazing. It's a world. It has it's own mythology, plus clans and groups," Williams says.

"This game....

In case you guys didn't know, Robin Williams was actually an avid dod player. In some quote he said something along the lines of "And if you're ever playing on Caen24/7, and you see some noob in the corner named Robin Williams, it just might be me."

Very sad news indeed. The world lost a great man, and the DoD community lost the only famous person to ever play DoD. I say in honor of Rob, we all pub in the Caen server

RIP"
