Hey guys!
I'm BlueD from Friday Night Gaming - A Stream to Learn Competitive Games. This week and next we've decided to add in Hawken! We've never played a mech shooter before so I thought this would be a good addition to our line up.
To sum us up we play competitive games with a focus on improving our skill and the skill of our viewers by focusing on a specific concept to learn each time we stream.
Some games we play: Starcraft II, Counter-Strike: GO, DotA 2, World of Warplanes, Heroes and Generals, World of Tanks, Team Fortress 2, Halo: PC, War Thunder.

TAW also occasionally holds practice "training" stuff on Thursdays at 2100 EDT. On map familiarization with maps, mechs, weps, and gaming pointers.

Do you guys have an update on your gaming experience with Hawken_
It would be funny to watch you guys fumble, flop and get stomped as Newbies. It will also be cool to watch you guys get better and maybe start dominating other players.

We played for the first time yesterday from 2pm - 5pm PST. We'll be playing again Friday at 11pm PST. All our video get uploaded to our YouTube page so you can definitely see us improve over time.
Yesterday we played each game type for an hour, so basically we've gone from knowing nothing, to how the game works and learning the maps, to understanding how far we have to go lol. I think we only won 1 game since the matchmaking places more weight on parties. JoKeRRR dominated the FFA we played at the end and I had one good game (2.0 K/D) during the Missle Assault. Other than that we got pretty stomped so far lol. But Friday is a new day!
