I need some help on how to send a support tickets.
I can't join matches, it shows that it's connecting but it doesn't go to the match, 2 minutes after this happens, the message," your connection to host has been lost" appears. Since I'm not really connecting to anything, I have no idea what this indicates. I had written a post on that earlier but I had done it in the wrong section.
Really need some help, I am addicted to hawken and this isn't good for me.

I'll try to record a video, could someone give me a link to a decent recording software.

obs is pretty easy to set up and use.

You should of bumped your original thread that you made and kept asking for info there.  Again your not providing much detail at all into the problem.  When it says you are connecting and then says connection lost you are still in the process of connecting to that host server of that particular game you are in fact connecting to something and its saying that the connection has been lost.  How long is your time out_ What server region are you trying to connect to _ Can you see friends list in the game_ If so can you contact them and ask them to join a particular server and see if it changes from 0/12 to 1/12 and then see if you can join them by 1 .) clicking on that particular server directly or , click on the friends name and say join server.

Really you need to provide more details so the more knowledgeable people in tech can help you out.

For general sending a support ticket, click the  Support button in top right corner I believe and then submit a request at the top of the next page, if thats what your asking.

You could try https://playhawken.z...-to-Connect  if your just generally having problems connecting to the game itself, but sounds like you mean just the servers.

I tried connecting to Singapore, uk and USE
Yes, I can see my friends list, I can also chat with them.
I tried all the ways of joining servers, when one of them left, the number went from 7 to 6.
I'm currently reinstalling hawken and downloading the software you recommended.

It's a bit hard to explain so I'll just post a video if it isn't fixed

Yeah after reinstalling, the chat function is also a bit messed up, sometimes they get the message, sometimes they don't
