I have tried several times, from both my laptop at work and my desktop at home. I have yet to get a single match in.

I had a crapload of fun in them, though, so I'll continue trying.

yup. i tried just now, getting some servers with -1 players, all of them say i have 0 latency and some have gametype listed as "undefined". i hope you guys can fix this, cause i really wanna play

4pm in UK and still getting this error message even when a server is nearly empty. Incredibly frustrating. All I want to do is play the game and I can't! Hindsight is a fuzzy bunny but it would have been nice if the devs had anticipated high demand. It would seem they have not. Oh well. Just have to keep trying.

Seems I am having the same results as the rest. Matchmaker seems borked atm, and all servers are either full, non-responsive or the elusive -1/-1. That zero latency makes me think there is some weird network glitch going on here to thought.

Sad there seems to be no response from tech support. They obviously were not ready for the people they invited.

all the servers on my list are either -1/-1, full, or can't be connected to (is there not a different error for a "full" server, and a connection error_)

also, all servers return 0 ping :/

It's a widespread problem.  Just keep making noise and the devs will have to notice.

Been trying since yesterday, and multiple times today. I'm haven't been able to play a single game yet.

Regularly refresh the serverlist, but all are saying 'unable to join', if they are saying -1/-1, 8/12 or 12/12.. always the same.
The same with the matchmaking..

Only saw one time that it behaved different: I got a server-is-full message through the matchmaking button... only happened once.

Beta for the weekend is already quite nasty... but a lot of people aren't going to be able to play the weekend due to this

Same issue, thought it might have been my problem at first because my connection isn't always friendly, guess it's a widespread server problem though.

We're painfully aware that a lot of users are having problems connecting to the servers. We're working away to figure out the root cause and issue a fix. I know you guys have been hanging on, please stick with us while we figure this out though.

Same issue. Hope devs figure out how to fix it before the weekend beta ends Really wanted to give this lovely game a go. Even if you don't, I'll come around at a later date.
