Just maybe someone tried this monitor with hawken and can share their experience_ There is this fresh review that don't recommend it for fps games but there are people that say it's usable so I'm a bit confused about getting it.

I have never even HEARD of this fuzzy bunny, ergo it is unreliable, overpriced and you should get off my lawn.

Honestly, when I first read the title to this topic, I though you had just mashed the buttons on your keyboard.

I guess the same can be said for most monitor names.

However, I don't have one of these, or have I ever used one, so I can't help in that respect I'm afraid.

IMO with that G2G timing of 4.9ms but supposedly .05ms input response_ There's something fishy there, not even my new test monitor which is an Asus ROG PG278Q has an input response that fast. Plus that monitor has a lot of "software" for all of it's functions so maybe that .05ms is a gimmick to get people to buy it.

Here's a good review of that monitor your looking at from AnandTech though.

For FPS gaming, you're better off with a high refresh rate monitor such as the Asus VG248QE or the Asus ROG PG278Q.

These has really gone down in price since I got one last year - no reason not to pick one up at ~$280 new nowadays.

Yes I am aware about there being a better monitors for gaming. But I need one that would also have an ips panel with correct colors for my artistic things I do. So i came at this one eventually. Here's the much better real review of the thing http://www.flatpanel...&id=1413168564. They praise it alot but they just do not recommend it for fps gamers..

IPS panels tend to have higher response times and only available with 60hz refresh rate (outside of the overclockable korean panels). If your art stuff is more important than your FPS gaming, you can go with the Eizo you're looking at.
