Nice idea, but may run into some pretty thick brick walls when it comes to heat management interfacing with other mechs, when trying to juggle the code. It possibly could be implemented in a sort of inverse Incinerator fashion, but I just really don't see how.
The buff capacity of Tech, and the proximity heat absorbtion of the Incin already are utilized in the game; it's not really redundant, but appears to sorta kinda might could be except for the squirty water fight thingy.
This could then be categorized as a G2 model, since it may be more for fun than anything practical.

The idea that G2 mechs aren't practical is absolutely wrong. I know people who wreck fuzzy bunny with G2's. They're stong mechs and they can have a strong impact even in comp games.

So the Pompier generates too much heat to be practical_
Also: the LG-3 could be practical for support, making the enemy take 25% more damage would help a lot on the front line with bullets and grenades coming from all directions, enemies would die very quickly.

It might need some tweaking, but in the end it will work out.
