Bug: When I hit level 20, the level bar switched to "und" as the level and then if I gain any xp it continuously cycles from level 0 to 20. Also, now my weapon tool tips appear to be in German.

I have the same level 20 problem too. I haven't noticed the German tool tips, however!
Edit:
I also have the German weapon description. I see it when I went to buy a new primary weapon.
I didn't notice any other text, though.

Yep, it seems thats what happens when u hit 20, exp bar goes crazy and resets til lvl 20, and again, and again.
Only visual thou, nothing actually happens to your weapons or level or mech.

It's pretty obvious and well-known, so I'm pretty sure this'll be fixed by CBE2.
