There are a number of "anti-missile" systems in play today just begging for use in Hawken.
Flak - Disrupts radar, prevents missile locks.
Radar reflective paint - Same as Flak
Point Defense - Could be laser based, maybe only activates when the mech overheats_
Interceptor Missiles - Deployable turret that shoots down incoming rockets.

I'd love it to get this technical. Hawken beta has been is pretty straight forward in this area.
