Still persists. I have to unplug my ethernet cable from my computer and THEN start the launcher to have it load completely. I then, once loaded plugged my ethernet back in, resolving internet connection again, and began my download. Weird. I don't know. I probably wont come back to this post, but I hope it helps anyone else with similar problems.



Note: When it doesn't show up while connected all the links/buttons take a very long time to load. Eventually after a few seconds the links at the top of the launcher appear while continuing to load everything else below, ultimately not showing the login / password text boxes.

Other notes: My router/modem can also handle the acknowledgements, yada yada. *Had same problem on previous launcher with a completely different router.*
