You have Physx display enabled in your nVidia Control Panel; disable it.
Along the top, 3D Settings > untick "Show PhysX Visual Indicator."

No problem. It's a solid card, though, and as long as you got a pretty good CPU too, should run Hawken like a dream.
Don't forget to turn on PhysX effects in the video options for extra awesomeness!
