That is all I keep seeing.  Last night I managed to do the initial download and install, but after the patch was applied to the client I just got the error "unable to download manifest".  I restarted the patcher and now everytime I try to run the patcher, I get "Retrieving manifest" for about a minute or so and then "unable to download manifest"

I've yet to actually get in game.

I'm having the same problem. In CBE1 restarting seemed to fix the issue but this time around I'm not having the same luck.
