This will allow new players who are not fully upgraded to play with other mechs of equal skill level. Furthermore, this will allow for better internals that actually do something significant rather than nerfing them.

er... i thought patch notes said that only matchmaking would be used during CBE3

I would like to see a buddy system or team system so I could always play o. The same team as my friends. This would also be helpful for clans and tournaments
