I clicked on the free mech, forgetting that you cannot adjust any of the settings on it or make an upgrade to it (unless you buy it) and would like to get rid of it. A way to sell unwanted mechs for reduced credit would be appreciated at this point to streamline the garage.

there was a thread in cbe2 about this topic too.
would also support this option, maybe even the ability to sell already leveled mechs for hp.

How about selling Them too, like ones you bought but no longer like.

Agree. Please add this so I can sell back that broken Sharpshooter I bought. I expected the decent army trained sniper using something close to but not quite a 50 cal, what I got was a guy that never shot a gun before in his life, asked me which end to point at the enemy, and forgot to turn off the safety. LET ME SEND HIM BACK!

Yes, I agree with this totally and completely.  If you can somehow add this it would be great to be able to sell off parts in order to try others.

Agree. You buy a mech, try it out, decide it doesn't suit your style, and sell it back at a discount. (Could really use that feature right now after trying out all the new mechs and wanting to go back to Sharpshooter... I could see a new user feeling screwed over like this.)

Scrap Mechs for 50% value in Hawken Points

Seems fair to me.

To be able to sell mech, parts, items, paints etc at a % from the real HC/MC price.

Selling mechs seems so... eh.

Might as well have a rental system instead.

I'd appreciate the possibility of returning gear for whatever tactical or strategic reason which could arise.

Even if the amount of points orcredits returned back is inferior to the amount I invested for that gear. Or we talk about renting (in the future).

P.S. For example, I need 100 ME to buy an skin for my new mech. I'd like to have some way to sacrifice any other item and get that skin.. but.. fuzzy bunny happens lol... I'll have to live with that. :D

hmmmm, selling paint jobs or individual mech parts seems a bit odd. What would be quite nice is if you could buy an item, and then choose which mech to equip it to, or transfer it from one mech to another.

Hopefully all or part of these ideas will be implemented in the near future...!

I had just been thinking about this. My garage is cluttered with Mechs, half of which I don't even use anymore.

I know i felt screwed over. I came into this game not knowing my style and felt I had no way of trying the mechs out. Basically I could either try all the mechs and they have no equipment or upgrade one mech and deal.  If I could sell the mechs at even half price I could try out other mechs with out fear of being stuck with it.
