I don't think anyone knows that specific info.
Seeing as we have not gotten anything yet, I guess its going to be in the Open Beta_ That or pitchforks.

Yes Dev's have said this is going to be given out when open beta starts.
From what I have read it is probably going to be a cosmetic thing, like a paint job, or maybe mech parts.
