Hello Pilots!

 

Would someone like to take on the task of creating a walk-through on how to transfer XP?  With information on why it would not work in some instances (free mechs, no MC ect).

How to gain free XP:

 

Step 1: Buy a mech and max it out to lv 6 

Step 2: Now, as you have a mech ranked lv 6, any additional XP collected will be stored in the universal XP corner. You can collect up to 200.000 (200k) XP. Any additional XP collected when reaching the limit will be lost.

Step 3: Buy Meteor credits to transfer universal XP into free XP. Free XP can be transfered to any mech which is not lv 6 yet.

 

 

Notes:

 

- MC is requiered to transfer universal XP into free XP.

- Definition universal XP: Universal XP is the XP collected from mechs which have already reached lv 6 (150.000 XP). You can collect up to 200.000 additonal universal XP. This is not tied to a specific mech (so you can not collect 200.000 universal XP per mech)

- Definition free XP: Free XP is the XP converted from the universal XP using Meteor Credits. These Free XP can be used to add XP to mechs which are not lv 6 yet.

 

The system is very similar to the Wargaming (World of Tanks/Warplanes/Warships) system. If not, it is even the same.

AFAIK the XP you gain with the test drive mech counts directly into the free XP pool, but I may be wrong on this.

Yes, confirmed.

XP earned via Test Mechs directly goes to Free XP so you can put it in every non lvl 6 mech you have in your garage.

Tiggs, can you please remove the universal XP cap? For the sake of other players at least.
