Yesh, today i bring two mech (cuz i told early, my internet not working so i just draw something while i don't have a work)
This game is definitely a shortage of another best mech chassis like the Civ. So, I decided make a Civ 2.0!
It should be a big, massive, huge, armored and fuking ugly ... I mean, perfect! Also, it is a mech with Passive ability. Just look.
Kinetik Lore:
Kinetik - this is the pre-war mech, first B-class prototype. It is so outdated that should had been written off as scrap long time ago. However, despite this mech age and the fact that it was created before the war, Kinetik has one feature, due to which he is still in service. to be exact - the "KE-94U" engine, which converts kinetic energy generated while dodges into extra-power. Than more Kinetik uses dodge in combat, than more dangerous it becomes. At times, his pre-war chassis hardly withstand such an overload, it seems that it is about to fall apart right when walking.
However, despite the apparent preposterous, Kinetik stronger and more dangerous than it seems at first glance. Than longer you are with him on the battlefield in the dance, than faster your death is approaching. because It is the forced to "dance" on the battlefield, the pilots gave him a nickname - Osvald.
Nepacaka's notes: I called it "Osvald", because every man on this planet dream about the same name. It's obvious, is not it? Like a sir! :3

Kinetik Weapons:
Primary weapons:
1) Default primary: Range-Flak - Flak cannon version which reconstructed for any mid-range combat. Unlike conventional Flak, shot from the R-Flak is divided into two stages. At first it shoots heavy shell stuffed with shrapnel (one no hit-scan bullet). contact with any object lead to shell detonates and throwing forward a shrapnels which damages enemies from a distance of 60 to 90 meters (shrapnel is a hitscan and have a falloff damage).
Nepacaka's notes: This weapon idea based on standart Unreal Flak-cannon Alternative-mode (with shrapnels instead explosion). It give you ability deal some damage to enemies which stand far, but probably make harder attack a flying target, because the projectile flies slowly.
R-Flak Stats:
Bullets - 10
Damage per bullet - 11
Total damage - 110
Falloff start - 45 m
Falloff end - 90 m
Fire rate - 0.81 shots/s
DPS - 89.1
shell bullet speed - 100 m/s (less than RevGL, but higher than TOW)

Nepacaka�s notes: Yes, this mech have a 3 different version of Flak. I always want a B-class with Flak and TOW. Like a Brawler, but B-Class, well, u know� I also tried make a R-Flak design similar to Flak and T32.
Secondary weapon: TOW Launcher.
Kinetik Ability:
Kinetik ability is divided by 2 abilities, Passive - which working always, and Active - which working every 20 second.
1) Passive Ability: Death waltz � Each of your dodge give you a one energy charge, which adds to +1% to your fire rate, to a maximum of 10% fire rate (equal 10 energy charges). If you don't use the dodge for 2 seconds, you lose 1 charge (-1% from your bonus fire rate, or probably lose all charges, it required test i suppose).
2) Active Ability (Press F): Energy Overdose � Convert all of your accumulated energy charges into additional Boost speed for 5 seconds. You get +0.6 m/s speed for each one energy charge that you have at current moment. The ability can be used once every 20 seconds, its effectiveness depends on the accumulated charge in the battle.
For example, if you have accumulated 10 charges (+10% fire rate) you get +6 m/s Boost speed. (10 * 0.6 = 6)
Basically, the main idea - you should fighting with opponents and accumulate your fire rate (with full bonus it's just equal +10% to DPS), than when enemy beaten and trying runaway from you, you sarcrifice your additional fire rate and convert it into speed, to catch enemy.
