Yeah and it would require significant work on the back end because of the way Hawken is designed. Patience.
If you are stuck syncing for a long time, it may have timed out. Open the console with F5 and type disconnect. This will restart the sync process while in the garage, but unfortunately boot you from the server you are connected to. Though that's about as bad as being stuck syncing and at least this way you can do something about it.

I've literally sat stuck in "syncing account/stats" for over half an hour. It is insane.

it's not work every time but yes we have to wait .....

+1 for this. The long duration is unbearable! Costs me 5-10 seconds each time, this is way too much. Like the founder of this thread already said: (Almost every) Other F2P games synch much faster.
