This game needs a ladder. The ladder would be a separate que from the regular one. One could que in a group of any size from 1 person to 6 people. Every group would have an average mmr rating and one could not bee grouped with someone or against someone 100 mmr+/-. So the match maker would pair people and groups within 100 mmr of eachother.

While I think it could be fun, this system wouldn't work with a low population count.
