Repair Turret

I would like to know the possibility of adding a Healing Turret that a constantly repair friendly targets around it at a certain rate and focus its healing to the lowest hp around it as an additional feature.

Such mechanism would work better than repair charge in positional games, such as Missile Assault or Siege.

It could be tweaked so it could be destroyed like other turrets, and you can't overlap more than one at a given range to avoid stacking.

I would prefer a mech medic maybe a smg main hand and a repair pod as the secondary.

There is rumor of a welding type torch that functions as a weapon and has the ability to heal allies.

Having a healing turret would make already difficult AA Seiges even more impossible.  Drop some in the area underneath, and just heal forever.
