Unable to connect to host

I just recently installed HAWKEN, and I noticed that after I play a game of TDM or any other match ups, I cant seen to connect to host to find another match up. So what I had to do is quit Hawken, close the launcher and re-start again. So after every 1 game, I have to repeat this process or not I cant find a match. If anyone has similar experiences and has managed to find a way to overcome this problem please do share!
