Too often in a DM games your victim is instantly respawned nearby with a fully equipped arsenal ready for revenge while your toys are typically on cooldown or heavily damage.

A fix for this would be better spawning code not an item delay.

No. We do not adjust whole game mechanics to ease one game mode.
