Summary: You cant alt tab out of the game and then get back in on 1920 x 1080 resolution, borderless. However you can get back into the game if you restart the program.

Steps to reproduce: Changed settings to 1920 x 1080 resolution, borderless, vertical sync, ultra for all graphic settings

System specs:

- Intel Core Core i7 860 @ 2.80 (8 CPU's) ~2.8GHz
- 4gb ram
- ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series 2GB

I was unable to reproduce this with your settings.  I tried at 1920x1200 and 1024x768, as well.

Specs: Core i5 sandy bridge, OCed to ~4.4 GHz
-16 gig ram
-SLI Radeon 6870s, 1g VRam
