Actually for mine I intend on fixing it but when I made my post I was on my phone and its not very edit friendly if you know what i mean.

I have now fixed my post. Its no longer a wall of text.

I understand that people may be "worried" about certain weapons being OP in the hands of skilled players...but doesn't that inadvertantly suggest that the weapon is fairly well-balanced_ For that matter, shouldn't most if not all weapons be OP in the hands of skilled players_ It just doesn't seem to be a actual issue. It reminds me of when I used to play SF4, and people would rage on me at tourneys because my C. Viper was godlike, saying things like "ZOMG Viper is OP!", except she was pretty hard to use. Should you not reward skill and practice_

If all weapons are OP, then none of them are. It's a relative term.

I can boil this down to one simple sentence: "If it kills/defeats me regularly, it's OP."
Reason as my minor ego, and opposite my desire to be a murderer.
A coagulated, gloomy thinking in the intelligence, as my major ego.
An antinomian theorem of behaviorism, in all of my thinkings.
It's what we call "The Inversion Impulse."

Technically, if all weapons are OP, then TTK drops to unacceptable levels and everyone gets one-shotted.  That'd be no fun.

I look at it sort of like DoTA. There are only a few balance issues in that kind of game, mainly because almost every hero is OP in some way, so you inevitably find balance through that.
