FPS PROBLEMS IN MENU/GAME

menu and in game framerates seem to fluctuate but never get high enough for it to be enjoyable (30 MAX/5 MIN), music cuts out in menu also.
This has happened from the instant i first ran the game, i have lowered settings and resolution to minimum but it seems to not make any difference.
I'm sure i'm not the only person having these issues.

I managed to get it more playable by manually setting AA to off using nVidia's Control Panel. But still the menu lag exists.
I hope this is getting fixed soon enough.

Not sure what caused it, but I restarted Hawken and framerates are back up to usual 80-90 FPS. I will report back if I can reproduce it. I am running an overclocking program as stated above.

To me it looks like Hawken is putting the GPU into an idle or powersaver mode.
Hope this info helps. I will report back if I find more.
edit: Doesn't seem to have to be in a heavy firefight, i was repairing and it happened again. It seems to happen once every one to three games.

Was playing just fine with my EVGA Precision showing ~100fps and then in an instant began stuttering and dropped the framerate down to a constant 3.6fps. Disconnected from the game and the framerate persists in the main menu until I close and restart the game.
Anyone else find other threads with this issue_ Want to make sure it get's heard by Meteor.
