We have a couple of articles about improving FPS and game performance on our support page:
https://playhawken.z...nd-overclocking
https://playhawken.z...pdating-directx
https://playhawken.z...ter-performance
If none of these resolve the issue, please submit a support ticket. Include your system specs and a DxDiag. To run a DxDiag file:
https://playhawken.z...unning-a-dxdiag
To submit a ticket click SUPPORT at the top right of this window.
Thx,
Merry

Current driver version for AMD is 13.1, so those with AMD video cards may want to update.
To those of you running Nvidia cards, the latest drivers have issues with the game. Installing 310.70 drivers are the latest stable drivers for the game. Here's the correct process on how to revert to 310.70 drivers:-
-If you have a Gigabyte Video card, check for the Gigabyte Utility (or OC Guru). If you find it, UNINSTALL!
-Download 310.70 drivers from Geforce.com (choose beta and legacy drivers option)
-Download Driver Sweeper 3.20 (NOT Driver Fusion!)
-Install Driver Sweeper, but don't run it yet
-Uninstall Nvidia drivers from Windows Control Panel -> Add/remove programs (will require restart)
-Press F8 a few times right at the end of the BIOS screen (1st thing to show up on the screen) and choose "Safe Mode"
-Run Driver Sweeper and check "Nvidia - Display" and "Nvidia - Physx" and choose Clean (will require restart)
-Install downloaded Nvidia Drivers. Uncheck the 3D options and Nvidia Update option (useless, will require restart)
-Done. Test the game.
Why not simply check "clean install" on the Nvidia installation_ Because it doesn't do a clean install; it only deletes profiles. So old system files remain behind. That's why you do it with the above method.

For Nvidia, people will have to resort to things in this thread: http://community.pla...zed-nvidia-gpu/
For ATI, you will have to use Radeon Profile Tool (RadeonPro) to force the program to run using the dedicated GPU.
Then comes the CPU bottleneck...

I think this game is coded for nvidia. I run Battlefield with 120 fps in Ultra settings. Anyway. In Hawken i get 100 fps while playing and it went down to 70-80 in intense firefight. But wtf _ In the menue my mouse lags and stat fps show me 50 fps unstable. While my friend with a crapy gtx 660 have 80 stable. Even with physx.
Is this game ment to be for Nvidia Cards _ If so, the Devs should tell us and i can stop spending money on this.

Well the game was mainly designed for Nvidia cards, so the AMD Radeons will have a disadvantage in this area. The menu has some weird issues for most people and you'll have to wait till it gets fixed.
