If you wait a bit, or sign out and sign back in, the XP will eventually show up.

The XP does come back.

I find that when I get this issue I cannot join a new match as it thinks I am already in one.

I quit out the game and when I come back in the increased XP is there plus I can then join a match.

Yah I get the same thing after pretty much Every match. Its driving me crazy cause I'm lvling up every match and have points to spend. Norm if I close the game and relog back in it shows up. I really hope this gets fixed asap. It should be #1 on their list.

I'm guessing its syncing issues due to overworked servers, and a sprinkling of bugs here and there. Logging out and back in seems to work, if not give it some time to catch up. Stay strong and know that you do not suffer this alone.
